I have just had Jordan and Jack back for a second job in my garden. I was having a new lawn and patio laid. They have done a fantastic job and I now love my garden. George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.
