I was contacted by Josh within 24 hours of listing my job. He attended to give me a quote on timescales that worked for me. I wanted an external installation solution and Josh arranged for a rep from the supplier to meet me and reassure me that the proposed solution was appropriate. Paul was really professional and clear about the work, everything was explained clearly and the work completed to a great standard, especially the roof, the builders were really friendly and treated our property with respect, we were kept informed at every stage and we made changes to works and nothing was too much trouble.
