Velux / Skylight Window
Tom arrived with his son and brother. They were keen to address the issue and after assessing the roof area and the velux windows, came up with a solution and carried out the repairs. They were polite and amiable, and discussed what they were going to do with me before starting. They cleared up after the work was completed, and gave an assurance if there was an issue with further leaks to contact him and he would return to put right.would certainly recommend.
Leadwork
First rate job - I could not have asked for better. The work was done quickly and tidily, and at a very fair price. Strongly recommended.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Tom was responsive and friendly and sorted our gutter issue quickly, installing a downpipe to relieve rain water that was causing damp to my neighbour's property. The job looks neat and tidy, and he was accommodating considering I didn't want scaffolding - he managed to get around this issue and was professional at each step. Really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend.
Initially engaged to repair flashing and feed leak, extended the job to include eve tracing, re-felting the porch roof with new upvc fascias, and re-cladding the front of the property. All work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend the tradesperson and consider for other jobs in future
