Cheerful, prompt and efficient, Paul and Ayo were brilliant at fixing our messed up heating system, explaining everything they were doing. Will definitely have them again!

After being pressurised to add a review the same day the work was done, I gave a 5 star rating. Unfortunately I quickly discovered that Paul Reay had actually left my central heating system in a worse condition than before. The upstairs radiators no longer work which was devastating as my 86 year old mother in law was moving in the following week. Now four weeks later, I have contacted Paul several times and he has said each time he will get back to me but never does & I have to chase again. Beware!

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Tried to overcharge for already expensive quote to replace a simple pump. Said it was 1/2 hour job but charged £1600, wanted more. He said he would come back and finish to get the system running but wouldn’t answer calls and never came back. I’ll have to get someone else.
