Very prompt, professional, polite and respectful service- Aaron was extremely helpful and sorted out our issue quickly and his cost was very fair. Highly recommended and definitely use again if necessary

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Aaron came 8 Dec to fit water heater. Nice chap. Seemed professional. However the water heater fell down in the night and flooded the bathroom. I had to pay £180 for an emergency plumber. He had not used bolts to attach it to the wall but long, thin screws. A week or so later I actually found the bolts included in the installation kit, untouched. Aaron not answering phone. Water Heater a write off.

Aaron fitted an Ariston water heater we got from a charity. We are - a disabled Mum and 2 kids. It fell off the wall flooding the bathroom because he did not use the bolts in the installation kit to mount it. Water heater now a write off, Aaron not answering his phone. 180 quid on emergency plumber.
