Mark was a life saver on a rainy Sunday morning when the tank in my loft started leaking. Turned up within an hour and got the job done in 20 minutes. A superstar.
Prompt response from Mark who sorted out the broken ball float in the loft cold water tank. Polite and efficient and the charge was fair. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Mark came out the same day when we ran out of hot water (the water tank in the loft had stopped filling and so was not sending water through to the hot water tank).. He sourced a replacement fitting and we were back in business! He was on time, friendly and helpful and the charge was reasonable.
Mark was prompt to carry out work, suggesting options and ensuring happy with choices. Mark completed work on time, was polite and very tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.
