Im working away so cant get there currently which i said. He made sound little like we damaged cabinet and smashed a door. It was only door that was the damage. 4 visits one being to see the job and one was issue with replacement mirror which couldnt be helped. An he was there witness that. I understand he frustrated as we away. But no prior communication or heads up. And just seems he want to exaggerate the job experience slightly. As if we were as bad as he makes. Why want us back 4 months later?

Poor communication throughout. Contractor damaged the LED cabinet and initially blamed me; also broke a glass door while fitting, requiring full replacement. Two connections installed but only one cabinet fitted at the time; once the second was installed later, it became clear it had been wired incorrectly (only works with the fan on). Quote was unclear (around £200) but then invoiced at £300. Took 4 visits and job remains incomplete despite various text messages sent. Would not recommend.

Mirror did break however we rectified and replaced without any issue or cost to customer. He even offered pay for it which we declined. Couple loose brackets which we didnt fit meant it slipped off an was caught last minute but chipped. Additional charge came from fact job was for x 1 which shows in the summary an we did another feed elsewhere. Again it wasn't just connecting a mirror up. It was getting new supply fed/ cut into wall/filled. Job from 4 months ago only last week he messaged
