We are a family run building company, specialising in conversions, garden rooms, groundworks, patios, driveways, structural works and much more.
We offer a full package from architect stage through to managing the project with the customer. We work carefully with the customer to provide there dream home and to enable the project run smoothly from concept to completion.
We have 38 years experience between us and there is no job we cannot do.
We are fully insured and have lots of great reviews and outstanding works we have have completed.

Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. He said he would do it in 2 weeks and was done in a week and half. Top Team and great communication! Definitely will be using Alex and the Team at KSGC again
Had a second project done by this company erecting fences along the whole of the side of my garden. Again fabulous experience, always turned up when expected and finished on time too. Highly skilled and I thoroughly recommend.

Removal of existing roofing from a double length car port which had deteriorated with age in addition to removing all ivy which had crept across the carport and up to the roof of the house. Replace with new roofing and rectified damaged brick work to wall of carport. The work completed exceeded expectations, the workforce were both friendly and polite, we now have a fully usable covered area which can again be used as it was intended. Following completion of the job the entire area was thoroughly cleaned.
Constructed a garden room for me for my mother in law to live in from scratch did all the ground work to construction and finishes all looks fantastic also new decking and artificial grass to complete the job to a brilliant outcome
