Electric Oven / Hob - Installation
Richmond fitted three lights in the kitchen and living room which was good, He also fitted my gas oven but he didn’t do what I asked him to do which was to change plug socket to a 15amp and oven plug instead he just changed the plug to a 13amp. This can burn out the one in the long run ( my father who is an electrical engineer graduated with masters degree from Imperial College London) I still have not used the oven and bought an air fryer because of this. Richmond also didn’t complete the job…..

I installed lights and sockets perfectly however one socket at the worktop back box has to be moved as it was behind the cupboard which restricted faceplate to be screwed on to. I explained moving the back box will incur extra cost of which she was not happy about and it wasn't feasible anyway.. The oven installed was a single oven which can be connected to the ring main due to its power rating. There is nothing like 15A socket. I refused to go back to her place due to her dubious and litigious nature.
