My family have been very impressed and satisfied with the end result Ken has delivered in fitting our kitchen. When Ken came round first to give us a quote, we did find it quite expensive and decided to find someone else. But we just had this weird feeling in the back of our minds that someone else would do a bad job. So we called back Ken and its the best decision we ever made. He did our kitchen superbly! He is very good builder and we gave him another job after he had completed our kitchen. Thanks Ken!
Home Improvements
A professional approach combined with a good understanding of the work I required, persuaded me to use Regency Building Services. They highlighted problems which the other builders I approached failed to spot and provided the solutions. The work was done well and to schedule with consideration for neighbors and keeping the non-building areas clean and free from dust. I recommend them and will do business with them again.
Cellar & Basement Conversion
Ken did a really good job. He quoted on the cellar but in the end he also did some work to fix and help prevent damp problems I have had (installing an echo drain and replacing a joist and floorboards). He was completely reliable, very tidy and did a thoroughly professional job.

Ken and George were curteous, genuine, reliable, hard-working, straight-forward to deal with, tidied up after themselves and a pleasure to work with. It's the first time I have used Rated People and Regency Building Services were a great credit to everything that is good about it. Definitely recomended.
