TJ Electrical & Property Services are a Electrical & Property Services company, Carrying out Domestic/Commercial installations/Repairs.We also have a a reactive maintenance team for call outs and urgent Electrical/Plumbing Problems 24hrs/ 2-4hours Response.
Our property services offer a (fix it felix handyman service) covering. York/Leeds/Huddersfield/Manchester /Halifax/bradford,that carries out anything from minor domestic repairs {no job too small} from hanging a picture to sealing a bath ,extra tap or socket.
Our Property Division also offers a man and a van solution.
We also have a project team that carries out
kitchen/Bathroom/installations and refurbishments.
Our apprentice trained Electricians/Tradesmen are part P/city& guilds Qualified and hold the current wiring regulations 17th edition. We Have 30 years of experience in the Electrical/Property services industry.

The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.
