Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.

Disappointing .. aesthetically radiator looks great but the heating system kept loosing pressure after the install, had to be adjusted through the boiler. It was fine before the replacement. The guy, who came back to look at it once but it kept on happening. They were due to carry out a boiler serviced 3/4 days later and fix the pressure at the same time but they never showed up. I have had to rectify the pressure myself as they did not go round the house and look at each radiator. Wouldn't use again
