Agreed price from photos and video. They tried to renegotiate for an additional £50 if there was hardcore in load. No hardcore. Agreed day. Half hour late, decided to try and renegotiate job for £50 again as thought load was bigger than in the picture. In fact load was less as some of the green waste got put in our brown council bin for collection. Tried again for an additional £30. Already had half a load in their van. Finally agreed on £10 more. Load cleared although mess left on the floor. Job done.

Agreed a price and before doing the job already trying to renegotiate the price up another £50. Turned up 30mins late. Then tried to say the load was more than picture and video. In fact was less as emptied bags into garden waste bin. Tried to renegotiate the price up £50 again, already had half a load in their van. Finally filled their van up. Left a load of rubbish in the front garden including glass that they smashed up and tried to hide. Just had to pick it up as have a dog and young children. Licence??

The job was completed as agreed. There was an initial misunderstanding about the items listed—specifically a sofa and an armchair—but once I showed the listing details, the team promptly removed them without issue. They did request an additional £20, but I declined as the original quote clearly reflected the job scope, and they respected that. Overall, the service was carried out efficiently.
