Sebastian did a good job and came back to finish a few snags. Note the job took slightly longer than expected and we have been left with some grout on our floor. But overall pleased with our bathroom.

There's no job too small and I love my job so my customers can always assure that I will take pride in my work. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
