The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!
