Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. I am a sole trader, I have been fitting windows, doors, conservatories and doing general building work for the past 25 years. I am Certass and Q.A.N.W registered. All UPVC installations are covered by a ten year warranty. Only quality products used.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
