Thomas and Anthony worked on my small patio gardens. They removed all the weeds and pressure washed both patios. They did a good job and worked hard. I’m pleased with the work they did. Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

DO NOT USE! My job was quoted at 300, booked in for a month’s time. Less than 24 hours before job day, they called to say they made a mistake and will now charge 500!! I had taken time off work and travelled to a different city to oversee this job.Despite them admitting multiple times it was their fault, they continued to quote 500.They had three weeks to tell me the new quote but they were unorganised and ‘didn’t realise until now’.Huge waste of time and no sense of responsibility for their own mistake!

Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
