SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.

No job too big or too small
Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
