Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings.
