Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Brian did a very professional job. Very intricate tiling jobs due to the extent of the cutting required for confined spaces. Worked 3 full days but was prepared to see the job through and not rush with time or quality. Demonstrated a real pride for his work and the result was superb. Very accomplished at his trade.
