Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along.
