Vladimir arrived and was very knowledgable and action/goal oriented. He quickly drilled the holes others like City Fibre were unable/unwilling to tackle. Then, he successfully cleaned-up and suggested a cable-run trunking solution to hide the new plastic cable under the front door step and mat. He offered to go to a supplier and buy the necessary cable trunking the next morning and come and install it to tidy everything up. Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it.
