Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Handyman with over 10 years experience and own my own building company ZN builders. Maintenance man by trade and have plumbing qualification. Can do everything from bathroom to flooring, decorating to extensions.
He is a pleasant, keen and skilful handyman but he is not an experienced or qualified gardener. He cut my hedge very nicely and was willing to do anything I asked but I did not feel that I could confidently leave my plants in his hands and that he would know when to do whatever was needed. I am not sure but I think that he prefers handyman work to gardening.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
