Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Tommy fitted a new replacement kitchen sink for me into my existing kitchen worktop, including all the cutting, fitting and plumbing involved. He did an excellent job in all respects. I would thoroughly recommend him. Not cheap, but well worth it.
