Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Lucas is hardworking and offers a very competitively priced service. He laid our laminate flooring in the hallway efficiently. The job took longer than expected and better communication from him would have improved matters but his overall standards are good.
