Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

I have no hesitation in recommending his work. My only concern is his communication as English is not his first language but if he's not sure about anything he will ask so that isn't a big issue. I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote.
