Andrew and the team at Orchard County Builders were great from start to finish. Andrew started promptly and the work has been completed to an excellent standard, he even went above and beyond with a few extra tasks, clearing away the rubble, mess and materials that were in addition to his work from our renovation. Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
