He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! Richard is capable of installing windows but we’ve had a bad general experience with him starting with leaving the work unfinished initially and is now ignoring us to avoid having to rectify the issues he’s left us with. We now have a door which scrapes and sticks to the frame whenever it Is opened or shut. I wouldn’t recommend using Premier Home Improvements.
