Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. In the last 20 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments. I haven’t been on Rated People in a while as I have got all my work through recommendations, however I recently moved to Surrey so I am building my client base out here also. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. Messias Building completely refurbished my shower. They were new to Rated People-so few reviews- but proved to be very professional with a high standard of work undertaken by capable trades-people. The final outcome fully met my requirements at a competitive price. They were very tidy and endeavoured to keep the site of the work clean. They also rescued my old-high quality 1200x800 shower screen, which now looks as good as new.
