Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Excellent work carried out. Always in contact answering and solving any queries straight away. Great value for money. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
The project: A complete kitchen replacement. My wife and I were very pleased with the work carried out. There were other trades involved mainly a plumber and an electrician and everyone involved worked to the highest standards. Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
