The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.
Michael did a great job hanging a new bedroom door. He came at short notice, was knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up afterwards.

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.
My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote.
