We discussed what needed doing and he set about the task thoroughly. He offered advice and was happy to answer questions. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job.
