Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Job executed correctly, although quote was very high compared to few others I got after John completed it. During the work, John dropped a hammer from the ladder by mistake, which ended up damaging my neighbor property. I had to call him back once I saw the hammer in my neighbor front yard and found the smashed pieces in the front. Despite various promises of replacing/fixing/paying some compensation, it's been now 2 months and John stopped replying me. Not professional at all

Our Garden design, build and maintenance service is ran by Greg who has seven years experience in the industry and is happy to take on all jobs, including mowing, lawn care, turfing, panting, fencing, hard landscaping and garden clearances.
Everything was very good, with the exception of the turfing. This part is very poor, despite a couple of attempts, as well as the way in which our garden was left. Discarded turf and soil left around the garden and under a tree and quality of laying it, not what I would have expected of a Landscape Gardener.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.
No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
