Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!
