I recently had a room painted and decorated with Rr company. I was contacted immediately following my request for a quote and Sami from Rr started the job within a few days...the day that suited best. Sami was very professional and always polite and friendly. He worked hard and explained what he was doing and completed the job a little earlier than was thought initially. His paint work is excellent and he tidied everything up afterwards. I would definetely be happy for Sami to do any other work again.

I have been involved in the electrical mechanical sound A/V and general building trades for over 35 years. I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Sadly I am having to revise my previous opinion of flat roof work by RT Bane. Within a few weeks, as soon as weather warmed, the EDPM peeled away at the join with the neighbours roof. RT Bane returned on a day I explicitly said I was not available and masticed a portion of the join. They admitted it looked poor and, despite repeated text and calls, have not returned, as promised. I am now worried its a poor job per se and I could have water seepage as they clearly have zero customer concern once job done.
