We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden
