Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Things with our extension started off well & both brothers could not do enough for us. They helped with the cost of bifold instead of french doors. However, when we were unhappy with a lack of workers they became very obstructive. They use good contractors but do not pay them & they refuse to turn up! A 15 week job took 45 weeks. We have had two leaks from the roof & we are still waiting for the 2nd to be fixed, with no reply as yet!
