Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. The work eventually got going after a medical issue with the installer , communication was a bit sketchy. The installation is still not completed this is after 6 months , ive tried communication with the fitter but no answer this is all very disappointing, I would not recommend this fitter at all

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend
