Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. I hired Revilo Contracts to remove my old decking and build a new decking. I chose the right company, they were great. My old decking was crumbling away underneath, and boy was it bad when all was exposed. Andy and Stevie worked hard and took great care clearing the area. The new decking is fantastic, solid as a rock. We will be be coating it with wood oil in the next few days as Andy recommended. We got a detailed quote which was under our budget and well worth it.
