Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

Matthew from Saxon and his co-worker did a very good and thorough job cutting back several trees and reducing much of the ivy that had completely covered our fencing and climbed into our tree. Very happy with the result and also like the fact that he keeps you informed about delays, when breaking for lunch, or talking through progress with the job and clarifying any questions during the works. Warmly recommended.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

Mark responded very quickly and on a Sunday as it had been pouring with rain and the problem was a leaky roof, so very thoughtful. He was very contactable which is very refreshing and arrived when he said he would. The job has been carried out the very next day and has been done very well. I am extremely happy with the work and how it was done. Mark and his employee were very friendly and professional and left everything nice and tidy. A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
