He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

We are 24 hour locksmiths covering Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We come to you to unlock doors, replace failed locks, cut keys, upgrade existing locks. I've been locksmithing for over 20 years and have worked at some of the national companies over that time and have seen how some of them treat customers... Without customers we wouldn't have a business and so all customers have to be treated properly - some of those larger companies didn't seem to understand this. The amount of van stock we carry is huge, ensuring that we have the parts to get the job done. I live in Gloucester, and can give a fast response to people who need our services quickly. It's all too easy to call a company that you think is local - only to find that it's based in a town on the other side of the country and that it doesn't have any locksmiths on the books as staff, but rather picks up the phone to locksmiths closer to the customer trying to get the job done and get some commission for it. We are local and don't outsource jobs. I love working with locks and making new keys to something that was useless without a key. I get a real buzz from helping people and making things work again. We seem to do loads of work on uPVC doors - more and more over that past few years. We carry a full range of gearboxes that attach to the full length locking system on uPVC doors. We carry over 60 different ones on the van to make sure we can get the job done the first time of arriving at a property. We're available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and are willing to answer question and give advice wherever we can. More than happy to come out and give a quote for work. You can then call other companies and get quotes from them - and maybe call us back to do the work. We'd love to do the work for you, but appreciate you sometimes need to get a few quotes. We'll never assume the job is ours, but will give you a free quotation and hope we get the work.
