We agreed on that and he was here within the hour from Nuneaton which must be 30 plus miles away. He looked at the door mechanism and kept adjusting until he was completely satisfied. Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking.
