We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.
