Ian came and salvaged wooden gates that had been poorly constructed by a con man. Ian showed both amazing carpentry skills and his people skills are exemplary. Straight out of hospital I was scared I'd be taken for a fool, again. Instant replies, reasonable quotes and talented guy. Delivered what he promised.

Very reasonable quote. Once work was complete amount charged was exactly as quote. Very difficult weather conditions but Scott went out of his way to change his workload to fit my piece of work into my limited availability.

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! His after sales service was also excellent - I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a medium priced job at £10,000. Well done Bart I will certainly use you again, without hesitation. Excellent service, came out very quick to quote for some ridge pointing, removing an old flue pipe, and replacing dodgy gasket on soil vent, also noted some extra cracked tiles and replaced at a fairly reasonable price, came back a couple of times to finish the job after ordering the right tiles, good professional service.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.
