Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Both Pam and Sunny were very helpful and friendly. They were true to there word to fix two minor issues after the fitting, So thank you.

Did not finished the job properly some things left undone. Promised an electrictral certificate which wasn't forthcoming . Sent an email and left a message on their phone did not reply . Can use the new room but not a hundred percent satisfied

After numerous attempts and messages to Sam asking for assurance the issues I identified were fine, I have no faith at all in my new roof which cost £7000 will last even a year. I realise I am not a roofer but gutters left with rubble from tiles removed, gaps and loose wood, loose wires in solar panels is very unprofessional, some issues resolved but not all so I ask for rated homes to ensure this company is held to account. No evidence of bird guards being installed despite asking 10 times., told to stop
