Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. NOT to be trusted . Turned up measured up over 2 months ago . Requested £300 to cover the cost of the UVPC pillars saying they would be back a week later. Said the materials weren’t in and would be in touch . Lots of txts etc trying to progress but no progress. Now trying to get my money back but not responding to calls messages or e mails.
