Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. First class job by John and the guys. Turned up on time to view the job, very knowledgeable and thorough assessment. Work completed to our agreed timescale and to a high standard, photos supplied to show before/after, important on a roof! Reasonably priced and very pleasant. Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.
