Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I would recommend Mark for any garden work. I was kept aware of how much everything costs and I paid via bank transfer which was very secure. Excellent Job Mark, Thank you. These guys were amazing , one of my sash window dropped out , they collected it within a day and delivered and fitted back within two weeks! Fair price considering the size and will be asking them back to refurbish others!

Peter and his crew arrived in good time, started work promptly (overboarding and plastering a slightly cracked ceiling), did a good job and finished earlier than I expected them too. One spontaneously offered help when my partner was moving some item. I selected them partly on the basis that Peter could come and see the job and meet me (rather than just sending someone unseen to to do the job on Friday). They were a cheerful and friendly bunch, and I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. We have a professional job completed to time and under budget and I have no issues in recommending Jay and his team if you require a professional roofer.
I have been a professional roofer for 38 years started on schools then worked my way on to ministry of defence. Now I just enjoy doing domestic and commercial roofs.
Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding.
