A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Gave us a reasonable quote for a full rewire (without kitchen) so booked in. Couldn’t complete the work in given time so had to come back the following week. They turned up late, didn’t complete all the works as agreed, didn’t fix any of the issues we raised about the previous work. Continued working and said they would do the snagging on the last day so we paid. Came back later and they had removed all their tools, returned the keys with unfinished work and no certificate for the work completed. Not happy.
