I offer all my potential new customers the option to view my previous extensions and speak with ex clients. I have a good reputation in the building trade and most of my work is from word of mouth. I do not ask for money upfront, I take stage payments.

A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. Chris was very accommodating and all the trades people who came were very friendly and extremely tidy which is great especially when you've got children! overall i would highly recommend Chris Williams and company and would definitely use their services again

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Although bricklaying, stonework and paving are my speciality, I do have a really wide skill set. Please see my gallery for examples. Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable. He kept me informed at every stage of the work. When he finished laying down the patio he left the area clean and tidy. Great company, prompt for giving a quote and getting the work booked in. More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. I highly recommend them.
